Cleaning Supplies & Equipment
Royalty Bloom Cleaning uses eco-friendly P&G products and provides nearly all the equipment required to clean your home, condo, apartment, or office. Clients are asked to provide a toilet brush, paper towels, and running water. If high areas need attention, please supply a step stool. For carpets and rugs, a vacuum must be provided (one is included for move-in/out services) or added as an extra.
If you’d like us to use specialty products (e.g., organic cleaners, stainless steel polish, oven cleaner, or other specific items), please leave them out and note the request in your booking instructions. For health, safety, and environmental reasons, our staff do not use bleach, Javex, or other harsh chemicals.
Booking & Quoting
Our booking and quoting process is designed to be accurate based on the package you select, the size of your property, and its condition. If a property is larger or in worse condition than described, Royalty Bloom Cleaning may request additional time to complete the service.
If extra time is not approved, our team will do their best within the original booking window, and the satisfaction guarantee is waived. Services have time limits since we cannot know the exact state of a property beforehand (e.g., grease, mold, excessive dirt, etc.). Any additional time is billed hourly at an agreed rate and will only be charged with your approval. If we cannot reach you during service to confirm extra time, we will stop work at the maximum allotted time.
Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 fee.

Same-day cancellations, rescheduling, or lockouts (no access within 30 minutes of arrival) will result in a charge of $50 or 50% of the service fee, whichever is greater.
Recurring Service Cancellations:
Our cancellation policy applies to each scheduled visit. If a recurring plan is cancelled before completing four or more visits, you will be charged the difference between your discounted frequency rate and the standard one-time cleaning rate for previous visits.
24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not fully satisfied with the cleaning, and your home matches the described size, number of rooms, and average condition, contact us within 24 hours. Royalty Bloom Cleaning will return within three days to re-clean the areas in question.
Please note we cannot guarantee full removal of mold, mildew, grime, soap scum, or pet odors. We also do not handle restoration of grout, caulking, molding, or carpeting.
Post-renovation, construction, and hourly jobs are not covered by this guarantee.

Cleaner Safety
Royalty Bloom Cleaning reserves the right to remove its cleaners from your home should the environment become unsafe; our cancellation policy will apply. To protect the health and safety of our cleaners, they do not move anything heavier than 30 lbs. Should you require us to clean behind heavy furniture or appliances, please move them prior to our arrival to allow access to the target area.
If the home presents health risks relating to viral, mold, bacteria, or infestation, we reserve the right to remove our staff and the cancellation policy will apply.
Pets
We will gladly work around pets. If your pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, Royalty Bloom Cleaning reserves the right to remove its cleaners from your home. If an assigned cleaner leaves your home prior to completion, Royalty Bloom Cleaning will charge you a pro-rated expense based on the work performed. If removal of our cleaner is due to aggressive pets, our cancellation policy will apply. Please take necessary measures to ensure a safe environment for your pet and our team.
Our staff do not clean pet feces, litter boxes, or urine and cannot guarantee removal of related odors.
Valuables
Please safely secure valuables, heirlooms, and collectibles prior to scheduled cleanings. Please advise of fragile items (and their suggested care) in your booking instructions.
Key Security
For your safety we do not return keys by mail. We will return your key in person, to your concierge, or where we were instructed to retrieve it.
Royalty Bloom Cleaning is not liable for damages or loss of property caused by unauthorized entry. For this reason, we cannot leave your property unlocked after service. Please ensure arrangements are made so we can lock and secure your property upon departure. If you cannot ensure this, Royalty Bloom Cleaning and its staff are not responsible for damages, theft, or loss.
If leaving your key with concierge, please ensure it is left under Royalty Bloom Cleaning’s name. Our professional cleaners carry ID to sign out the keys and can return them to concierge. Please ensure your building permits this process, as we are not liable for loss or misuse of keys.
If keys are not available at the time of your scheduled cleaning and we cannot gain access within 30 minutes, our cancellation policy will apply and/or waiting time may be charged.
Arrival Time
Royalty Bloom Cleaning provides estimated arrival windows relative to your scheduled appointment to account for factors beyond our control such as traffic, lockouts, or added services. Leaving a key with concierge or in a lockbox is the easiest way to ensure access if you cannot be home.
Large & Heavy Items
For safety and liability reasons, Royalty Bloom Cleaning does not allow its team to lift or move heavy items or furniture weighing more than 30 lbs.
Damages
Our cleaners conduct themselves professionally at all times. In the event of accidental damage, please notify our office within 48 hours of your service. We cannot guarantee reimbursement for any damages reported more than 48 hours after completion.
Royalty Bloom Cleaning may contract professionals to handle repairs directly. Our liability insurance provides coverage up to $2,000,000.
If your keys are lost or misplaced by us, or if a door becomes secured locking out, we will cover the cost of key replacement or locksmith services up to $50.
Caulking & Grout
Royalty Bloom Cleaning does not assume responsibility for the restoration of severely worn, stained, or moldy caulking and grout.
Appliances

Oven cleaning does not include hood fans or internal grates.

Grease and stains may not be fully removable, though we will do our best.

Appliances will not be moved by cleaners unless pre-arranged and safe. If you want areas behind appliances cleaned, please move them ahead of time.

We do not clean inside dishwashers, washers, or dryers.
Discounts
Royalty Bloom Cleaning reserves the right to alter or withdraw discounts and account credits for future services at any time.
Payments

Payment is required in full at the time of booking via major credit cards.

Corporate or short-term clients should contact us for alternate terms.

Full refunds are available only if cancellations are made at least 48 hours before service; otherwise, the cancellation policy applies.
Late Payment:

A finance charge of 2% per month (24% annually) applies to past-due balances.

A $35 fee is applied to all NSF or declined checks.
